PMANC Showcase has long been considered the best regional

Wednesday’s schedule includes exhibit
setup, Professional Development sessions and the New
Products Forum–starring the sales persons of the New Product
Forum items. Immediately following the New Products Forum is
our Promotional Fiesta–a great networking event and a time
to relax and have some fun. Thursday’s trade show promises
to be an exceptional show with opportunities to meet with
distributors, introduce your products and exchange ideas—any
of which could be worth thousands of dollars.
Back by popular demand is the PMANC New
Product Area. Your entries will be featured on the show
floor and may be used in the Wednesday afternoon seminar.

Booth Space Information
The exhibitor fee for the 2010
Showcase includes a 10’ x 10’ draped and carpeted booth with
one 6’ table, 1 cart in and 1 cart out, 2 side chairs and 2
show badges.
With the show badge comes
a ticket for free admission to the Wednesday Night
Promotional Fiesta and Thursday’s lunch. Additional badges
are available for $30 each.
Please note that
this package does not include hotel accommodations.
Assignment of exhibit

Additional Exhibit Space
Each additional
exhibit space package is $995 ($895 for Early Birds) and provides a 10’ x 10’
draped and carpeted booth with one 6’ table, 1 cart in and 1
cart out, 2 side chairs and 2 show badges.
A deposit of $500 and a signed
Space Reservation Form and Contract will reserve your
company’s space. The full registration fee must be paid by
March 31, 2010. Registration fees and payments received
after March 31 will be $1,195 per booth.

Exhibitor Policy

All companies exhibiting must be
a member of PMANC. Multi-line representatives must be
members of PMANC individually to exhibit. Each multi-line
representative may have up to three lines at each booth, but
each line must be a member of PMANC.

Deposit used to secure booth
space(s) is non-refundable.

The planners and sponsors of
this function claim no liability for the acts of any
participant to this event, or for the safety of any attendee
while in transit to or from this event.

Non-exhibiting suppliers are not
allowed on the Trade Show floor.

Non-registered staff or spouses
of exhibiting suppliers are not allowed on the Trade Show
floor. Additional badges may be purchased for $30 each.

No end users are allowed on the

Soliciting of suppliers by
suppliers for business or services will not be allowed.

Michael Williams, Vice President, Marketing, San Francisco

Michael will share his
experience and knowledge of brand positioning, understanding
core competencies, and customer management and engagement.
With over 18 years of team sports and advertising agency
experience, Michael Williams is recognized as one of the
industry’s top marketing executives. Entering his fifth
season with the 49ers as Vice President of Marketing,
Williams is responsible for overseeing all 49ers marketing
efforts including branding, advertising, fan development,
events, game day entertainment, website, merchandise, new
media and research.
Williams has attracted some of the industry’s most talented
marketing professionals to help lead the organization’s
efforts to build and expand the 49ers brand, working to turn
the franchise into the most fan-friendly team in sports.
Under his direction, the 49ers have instituted various
communication channels between the organization and its
fans, which includes the creation of the team’s
49ersFaithful.net social networking website.
Williams has also directed the launch of an extensive
marketing and branding campaign to increase the team’s brand
presence. During his tenure, the 49ers marketing efforts
have received numerous local and national awards for their
creative efforts. The significant recognition includes over
19 Telly Awards, Ad Weeks prestigious “Buzz” award, local
Emmy nominations and awards from the National Sports Forum
highlighted by the 2006 and 2008 ADchievement Award for
Overall Excellence for the 49ers “Faithful” marketing
platform.
Williams came to the 49ers from the National Hockey League’s
Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, where he served as Director of Sale
and Marketing. While with the Ducks, Williams worked to
increase ticket sales, sponsorship and broadcast revenue as
well as brand strength and market presence throughout the
season and beyond, culminating into the franchise’s first
trip to the 2002-03 Stanley Cup Finals. In Anaheim, he was a
member of the executive team that managed one of the most
successful expansion franchises in NHL history.
Prior to joining the Mighty Ducks, Williams was a Partner
with the Global advertising agency J. Walter Thompson, where
he managed Ford Motor Company’s $50 million dollar sports
asset business throughout the Northeast.
Previously, Williams worked at several highly noted
advertising agencies representing global brands such as
Chevrolet, Ford and Disney.
Williams holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of
North Carolina and completed the prestigious Stanford
Graduate School of Business Executive Program.
He has served as the Chairman for the Juvenile Diabetes
Research Foundation (JDRF) and sat on the board for both the
John Wooden Classic and the Special Olympics of Southern
California.
He and his wife, Anne, reside in Livermore with their two
children, Chloe and Emma.

a series of three-minute presentations from twenty suppliers
talking about their new products. To be considered to
present on Wednesday afternoon, simply enter an item in the
New Product Forum and send a sample of the item with an
explanation of its use to PMANC prior to April 19, 2010.
