The exhibitor fee for the 2010 Showcase includes a 10’ x 10’ draped and carpeted booth
with one 6’ table, 1 cart in and 1 cart out, 2 side chairs and 2 show badges.

PMANC’s annual showcase provides the most cost effective marketing opportunity for suppliers in reaching the distributors in Northern California. We are the third largest regional association in the country! We average over 400 qualified distributors from more than 200 distributor companies at our annual showcase. Our mailings go to more than 1,500 distributors in our region.

Your sponsorship of the Showcase goes directly to provide member benefits. It increases our ability to bring more distributors to the show, thus increasing your visibility as well. Everyone benefits in this winning proposition!

The association wants to create a partnership with you that meets your company's marketing objectives. The following will serve as a beginning guideline for consideration. Let’s discuss your needs and our ability to meet them.

The amount of the sponsorship can be directly related to showcase segments. For example, sponsorship of the Wednesday night event would be $5,000.

Amenity Sponsorship: In Kind
This sponsor provides a product for distribution prior to the event or at the Showcase. Prior year amenity sponsors are given first right of refusal for subsequent years.

Arrangements must be made at least 30 days prior to showcase. Product must be shipped to show management in care of the drayage company.

Benefits
This sponsorship provides significant visibility of a specific product. The design of product and distribution is done in cooperation with PMANC staff. PMANC may pay the postage for products used as pre-showcase mailers, when jointly designed with PMANC.

In addition to the visibility of the mailer, the sponsors will be thanked in showcase program.

Joint Sponsorship
Multiple suppliers may merge together to propose to the PMANC board a co-sponsorship arrangement that meets the guidelines of a sponsorship levels. Arrangements for a co-sponsorship must be approved by the PMANC board at least 90 days prior to the Showcase. Total benefits to the companies in the co-sponsorship shall not exceed the benefits to an individual sponsor in the same category.

Distributor sponsorships are not accepted.
