Annual Holiday Party
One of the most well-attended events of the year is the PMANC Holiday Party. Held in alternative years in the East and South Bays, PMANC’s Holiday luncheons are a time for participants to enjoy great food and networking, while donating to the President’s Charity. To avoid calendar conflicts with member holiday events, PMANC’s Holiday Party is held each year in early December.

Email Updates
Sometimes, information is time critical and cannot be postponed until publication of the next newsletter. When important information needs to be in the hands of our members, PMANC uses blast email services to get timely messages to PMANC members.

Legislative Monitoring
Whether its legislation or regulations, national, state or local, PMANC’s Legislative Committee monitors issues that may impact PMANC members (such as independent contractor status and licensing issues) and issues calls to action from PMANC members when issues demand that members’ voices be heard.

Scholarship Programs
Getting smarter can be expensive - for industry professionals, and for their children. PMANC offers occasional scholarships for our members to attend industry workshops and conferences, and we have recently embarked upon an ambitious program to establish a scholarship program that will assist the children of industry professionals with college expenses. Scholarships are dependent upon funding.

Showcase
The highlight of the PMANC year is the annual Showcase. Over 125 suppliers are on hand in a small-show setting to meet with hundreds of distributors. In an industry where a single idea can be worth thousands of dollars, the PMANC showcase provides the year’s best opportunity to network with colleagues and business partners who can help you grow your business. Whether you find them on the exhibit hall floor, in the hotel lounge speaking with fellow members, at one of the educational workshops, or at a PMANC sponsored networking event, the ideas that you take home from this event can be truly priceless.

Like the Internet itself, the PMANC Website is constantly evolving. Once simply an online brochure, www.pmanc.org is taking advantage of the fact that the majority of our members are online.
