The PMANC Showcases features suppliers and multiline representatives, displaying their products and services for qualified Distributors. The Showcase is a business-to-business trade show; end users are not allowed.

Distributor Members of PMANC receive complimentary registration to the PMANC Showcase. Dues must be current to qualify for complimentary registration.

Nonmember distributors must provide documentation establishing their companies as bona fide distributors. Qualification criteria are the same as for membership in PMANC:

Proof of membership in good standing from the Promotional Products Association International OR
Five (5) letters of reference from firms with whom you do business. Letters MUST be written on the reference's business letterhead.
- Distributors and direct selling houses must submit letters of reference from supplier members of PMANC or PPAI.

Non-member rates for attending Showcase are $50.00 per person. Consider joining PMANC as a distributor. Not only will you and your employees receive complimentary registration to Showcase, but you will receive the benefits of membership in PMANC. Now that's value!

Welcome Reception

Join PMANC for a complimentary Welcome Reception with hors d’oeuvres and a no host bar. The Hors d’ oeuvres include house-made Venison sausages, served with warm sauerkraut, stout mustard, and pretzel rolls; braised beef raviolis with a toasted garlic cream, and grilled Mediterranean vegetable display with domestic cheeses and toasted sourdough crostini.

If you are attending PMANC’s morning Professional Development session, lunch is included in your Professional Development registration fee. If you don’t plan to attend the Professional Development session, you can still enjoy a delightful lunch prior to Showcase. Lunch includes the Portola's Signature salad bar, fresh local lettuces, with lots of crisp vegetables, tasty toppings, and a nice assortment of house-made dressings, roasted turkey hot dip station, herb roasted turkey breast sliced thin and piled high on a soft French roll. Sandwiches prepared by Portola catering staff. Apple strudel display for dessert.

PMANC is taking a break from the BrewMaster and WineMaker Dinners on Friday evening at Showcase. This year, we are combining the best of those worlds into one inclusive event — the FOMO FEST. No more do you have to worry about missing out at the BeerMaker dinner, wondering what your friends are doing at the WineMaker event. We’re combining both into one event and best of all . . . it’s fun! We’ll have a beer station with curry lamb skewers, goat cheese tarts, veggie and pickle display (assorted house made pickles and olives with vegetable crudite) to compliment the beers, a wine station with delightful treats especially conceived by Portola’s Chef Jason, including crab cakes, sween corn panna cotta with wild mushrooms, cheese display, a martini bar with smoked salmon, Texas sashimi, and oysters, and a chocolate fountain with fresh fruit and cookies.
