The PMANC Showcases features suppliers and multiline representatives, displaying their products and services for qualified Distributors. The Showcase is a business-to-business trade show; end users are not allowed.

Supplier Members of PMANC receive discounted rate offerings to exhibit at the PMANC Showcase. Dues must be current to qualify for discounts.

Non-member suppliers must provide documentation establishing their companies as bona fide suppliers. Qualification criteria are the same as for membership in PMANC:

• Proof of membership in good standing from the Promotional Products Association International OR
• Five (5) letters of reference from firms with whom you do business. Letters MUST be written on the reference's business letterhead.
  • Distributors and direct selling houses must submit letters of reference from supplier members

Non-member rates for exhibiting at Showcase range are not discounted. Consider joining PMANC as a supplier. Not only will you enjoy the benefits of discounted rates for exhibiting at Showcase, but you will also receive the benefits of membership in PMANC. Now that's value!

Registration for exhibitors is now open.  Because of the variations in payment, please complete your Exhibit Contract (see downloadable files above) and send to PMANC.  We will verify total for you and set up online payment for you once we have verified totals, credits to your account, dues payments, et cetera.
