Thursday, May 9, 2013

  • Early exhibitor drop off at Portola (for exhibitors participating in golf tournament only) - time and meeting room to be announced

  • PMANC Golf Tournament - Laguna Seca Golf Course

    • 12:30 PM Shotgun Start

    • $85.00 per person, including

      • Green fees and cart

      • Driving range

      • Buffet lunch or box lunch on cart

  • 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Exhibitor Move-In
  • 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Exhibitor Registration Open

  • 6:30 PM Welcome Reception (with golf awards presentations)

  • Remainder of evening free

 

 

Friday, May 10, 2013

  • Complimentary full breakfast buffet in Jack’s Restaurant for those registered as Thursday overnight guests in PMANC’s room block at the Portola Hotel and Spa

  • 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Exhibitor move-in continues

  • 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Exhibitor Registration open
  • 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Distributor Registration open

  • 10:00 AM Professional Development session

  • 11:30 AM  – Exhibitors may begin early lunch, if desired

  • 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM - Lunch for Exhibitors and Distributors registered for Professional Development and/or Lunch

  • 12:30 PM - Exhibitors ready in their booths

  • 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM - SHOWCASE

  • 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM - Exhibitor move-out

    • Exhibitor ordered freight carriers must be checked in by 8:00 PM for freight pick up

  • 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM FOMO Fest - a party not to be missed
